The Vision

In today’s world, it’s easy to feel isolated, overwhelmed, and disconnected from our purpose as men. Expectations pull us in all directions - professionally, relationally, and spiritually. Amidst these pressures, many lack the courage to live against the grain of culture and make the unpopular decisions that are needed for ourselves and

our families. In light of this, some men live their whole lives with their deepest desires and questions left unmet and unanswered. 


It doesn’t have to be that way.


Imagine an environment where we gain clarity on our purpose, find courage through trusted brotherhood, and begin to envision lives that truly make a difference.




The Where

A few times a year, we take a group of men, along with past participants, to Roberts Retreat Lodge in Konowa, Oklahoma. It’s an amazing property with breath-taking views inside and out.

The What

We have designed an immersive, formative experience to help you make sense of your story, clarify your vision, and live out your calling.

It is rare that a man will take 4 days out of his full and busy life to pause for a little while and take a serious and critical look at his own life and story. But it is through that lens that change is possible!


We spend a significant amount of time during our 4 days together:

  • Taking an in-depth look at our stories.
  • Experiencing a number of tools designed to help us achieve a better understanding of self.
  • Encouraging and being encouraged by a like-minded community of brothers.
  • Gaining vision/dreaming for the future.
  • Enjoying more food than you can imagine.
  • And creating space to encounter God.
