Thanks for checking out the Downtown Campus page. We’re glad you’re here and hope to see you this weekend at church. This campus is located in the heart of downtown Wichita Falls and has something for everyone in your family. We know that there are lot's of things in life competing for your's and your family's attention, so we hope that as you visit our downtown campus you encounter the person of Jesus and join us on the journey as we grow together to worship and serve him.

What to Expect

Parking

As a first time guest we have a special parking spot just for you. Just off of 9th street you will see a visitors parking lot. This will put you close to our main entrance where you can come in to any welcome center and have one of our volunteers help you navigate our facilities.

Arrival Time

It’s a good idea to arrive at least 30 minutes early because our campus is big and it could take a while to get all the members of your family in the right place.

We are blessed to enjoy a variety of music. Each week, we rotate through different worship teams.

Teaching Style

Every worship service and Life Groups involves a Biblically-focused message. We love to learn.

Preschool

We know that your Children are your most important treasure, especially the moms out there. The moment you step on one of our three campuses you will see that your family's security is a top priority. Our secure facilities and electronic check-in system will give you peace of mind while you attend a group of your own.

The Bridge is the College Ministry at First Baptist Church, Wichita Falls. If you are a traditional college student or between the ages 18-25 we would love for you to be apart of our Ministry.

LifeGroups

At First we call our small groups Life Groups. These are small group classes organized by age and life stage to better help meet the needs of each individual. These classes provide opportunities for Bible study, ministry involvement, mission projects, fellowships and social events. Come and visit a class this Sunday - we look forward to meeting you!

Worship

The heart of First Baptist Worship Ministry is to give every person an opportunity to experience God through worship and music. We know that our church is full of people who love to sing, play an instrument, and lead others in worship. Whether you love a traditional chorus or the latest in modern worship, we have a place for you. There are areas to serve on all of our campuses, across all of our ministries, and in our weekend worship services.
