Kick Off the Night with a Wild Game Cook-Off

The event begins with an exciting Wild Game Cook-Off, where you’ll have the chance to sample a variety of meats(Venison, Frog Legs, Fish, Gator Tail, Picanha-Brazilian Steak, Crawfish, Chili, Sausage (Venison, Bison, Elk) and more.

Special Guest Speaker: Jim VanSteenhouse – "The Bear Man"

Jim, an avid sportsman and adventurer, set out to pursue his dream of archery hunting moose in NW Canada. The adventure did not go as planned. On the fourth day of the hunt, deep in the wilderness and miles from base camp, he found himself in a perilous situation, becoming the hunted by a grizzly bear! MEN, you do not want to miss this remarkable story!
